CustomPerformanceShop.com is here to provide the highest level of service in the on-line Motorcycle Parts Industry. Our Customers are our business. We strive to make each and every customer happy from their first purchase to their last. If YOU are not happy, then WE are not happy. At the CustomPerformanceShop.com we want to be the source for all of your motorcycle parts and accessories needs.
Warranty
The warranty on our goods is that extended by the manufacturer. CustomPerformanceShop.com makes no warranty or obligation beyond that of the manufacturer regarding fitments or suitability of the product. Some of the products you purchase may require modification to be fitted to your motorcycle.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all packages by UPS and USPS. Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at time of order placement. No refunds will be issued from Custom Performance, Inc. for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address.
Returns and Exchanges
Defective parts, or parts shipped in error, will be exchanged or refunds will be made in full if the correct parts are not available. No returns after 15 days from date of receipt. No returns on electrical items unless approved by distributor or manufacturer in advance. Note: engines, transmissions, gas tanks, wheels, frames, fork assemblies, rolling chassis and bike kits are NOT returnable. Returned merchandise must be in new condition in unopened original packaging.
Returns and exchange items may be subject to a restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer / distributor of the goods. Call CustomPerformanceShop.com at 856-753-9995 prior to return of goods to get a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the package. The customer will be responsible for freight both directions.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to all goods shipped to NJ locations.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Distributors price changes are posted as soon as possible. We attempt to honor all prices posted. HOWEVER if it is not possible we will notify you and offer alternative pricing if desired. We are not responsible for typing or printing errors. You will be advised of any changes to the terms or prices of your order before shipment.
Shipping
We ship both UPS and USPS Priority. Orders shipped by UPS Ground should be received in 3 to 7 business days after placing the order. Drop shipped orders may arrive to you quicker. Shipping charges for orders under $100 or for International deliveries are calculated and charged to your credit card.
Back orders
You will be advised if the goods ordered are not immediately available. We may, at our discretion, ship identical parts from a different vendor than the one you specified. In no event will this increase the amount you will be charged.
If back orders are to exceed 7 business days, you will be advised.
